TRE Development

The Founders and Management of TRE Development are armed with a variety of real estate and banking experience. Both of them namely Kunalan Sivapuniam and Mahmood Jumabhoy have brought a new and refreshing approach to the real estate investment industry. Both founders have once again challenged themselves to bring Medini Square, a landmark project, as the highlight in Iskandar from concept to development stages in a short span of time. TRE Development has set its sights on the international stage as well; allowing consumers to be involved and experience bespoke real estate development.

The Medini Square opportunity in Iskandar is one such opportunity that has come through the ropes. The management are all fully entrenched and committed to seeing this project take off the ground turning it into a profitable investment for all stakeholders.

With passion and commitment, opportunities that present themselves are fully analysed from different angles, and experts brought in where necessary to work through the project, in a manner rewarding to shareholders and property buyers.

Kunalan Sivapuniam

A name familiar in the banking industry, Kunalan has once again raised the bar when he co-founded Hayden properties. The latter went on to manage the development of two iconic projects, Hamilton at  Scott’s, now located in the heart of town and also the well-known Ritz Carlton Residences.

Kunalan was solely responsible for bringing in Middle Eastern investors into the projects. On the success of that, he co-founded and still remains a shareholder of Sabana Investment Partners, the holding company for the SREIM, the management company for currently the world’s largest shariah compliant  industrial REIT. Continuing on with development, he established Tarian Real Estate, an entity dedicated to sales, investment and also property development.  His most recent venture includes co-developing show box developments in Singapore.
